Warranty Information
PURE X® LIFETIME GUARANTEE EVEN AGAINST WARPAGE!
Pure X® cues are warrantied to be free from material and manufacturing defects, including against warpage, for the lifetime of the cue. Normal wear on replaceable parts, such as the tip, finish, or wrap, is not covered under this warranty. Pure X® does not cover damages caused by third parties or improper use. Additionally, Pure X® Cues, at its sole discretion, may void this warranty if there is evidence of abuse or mishandling.
Under this warranty, any qualifying Pure X® Cue will be repaired or replaced with the same model or one of equal value at no charge, as long as the cue is accompanied by a copy of the original sales receipt from an authorized Pure X® dealer. This warranty is non-transferable and is not valid for purchases from unauthorized sellers.
Effective since July 2008, any Pure X® Cues manufactured prior may be subject to an additional repair/replacement fee. For warranty service, please contact us at 1-800-835-7665.
