United States shipping

Our current United States shipping options are:

  • Standard shipping: $6.50 for orders below $99. This option is configured with a 3–4 business day transit estimate.

  • Free Standard shipping: orders of $99 or more. Free Standard shipping does not apply to PO boxes, Guam, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, or military addresses.

  • Carrier-calculated shipping: eligible UPS and USPS services are displayed with their current price and delivery estimate at checkout.

The 3–4 business day Standard estimate is a transit estimate, not a separate order-processing promise.

Processing and estimated delivery

Automated estimated delivery dates are enabled. The date shown at checkout is the current estimate for the selected products, shipping address, and service. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless the selected service explicitly states otherwise.

Product availability and customization affect when an order can ship. If a selected cue configuration is labeled Special Order, use the lead time shown on the product page. The current storefront estimates are 4–6 weeks for McDermott and Viking special-order cues and 3–4 weeks for Pechauer special-order cues. Custom work, including a requested tip change, must be completed before shipment and can extend the checkout estimate.

International shipping

International customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, GST/HST/PST, VAT, brokerage fees, customs fees, carrier collection fees, and any other import charges required by their country or delivery carrier.

These charges are not included in our product prices unless clearly stated at checkout. Refusing delivery or failing to pay import charges does not cancel the order. If a package is refused, abandoned, or returned to us because import charges were not paid, all shipping costs, return costs, customs fees, brokerage fees, carrier charges, and any product damage or loss will be deducted from any refund.
