|
The Pechauer P19-R Pool Cue is a standout model from Pechauer's Pro Series (R) line, handcrafted in Green Bay, Wisconsin, by a brand with over 60 years of American cue-making excellence since 1961.
This cue combines elegant design with pro-level performance in a production-yet-custom-feel package. It features a black-stained figured maple forearm and butt sleeve, delivering a sleek, sophisticated look with prominent natural wood grain patterns for depth and character. The points are pearl framed by simulated ebony, creating striking high-contrast accents. These points include intricate details like small pearl spear inlays or diamonds at the base, with matching pearl inlays repeating in the butt sleeve for balanced, luxurious aesthetics.
The handle is wrapped in classic black Irish linen for a secure, comfortable, slightly tacky grip that many players prefer over leather or wrapless options. It comes equipped with a Pechauer Jade Medium tip (a reliable, medium-hardness layered tip for good control and spin), a 5/8-inch Juma ferrule, a 10-12 inch pro taper on the shaft, Pechauer's proprietary Speed JT piloted joint (with black Juma collar and .850 joint. The stock shaft provides a solid, feedback-rich feel with low inherent deflection, and many users say it performs as well as (or better than) upgraded shafts from other brands.
