Thread compatibility and collar alignment are different. A shaft can use the correct thread and still have a visible lip where its outside collar diameter meets the cue butt. Wood and composite joint collars can vary slightly because of sanding and finishing. Without the cue butt for fitting, a perfectly flush cosmetic match cannot be guaranteed.

Custom collar work, length changes, tip changes, and custom diameter work are not returnable except for an unambiguous manufacturing defect.

Please Note: Cues with plastic and wood joint sizes vary (Viking, McDermott, Meucci and Pechauer, etc), due to the sanding during the finishing process joints vary slightly in size, most customers are happy with the fit, but without sending in your cue, we cannot guarantee that the shaft will fit perfectly.
