Dufferin Manufacturer Warranty

Dufferin cues are backed by a one-year manufacturer warranty against manufacturing defects, beginning on the original date of purchase. The warranty is non-transferable and requires the original proof of purchase. Normal wear to replaceable components such as the tip, finish and wrap is not covered. Warpage, third-party damage, abuse, mishandling and normal wear are excluded from warranty coverage.

Warranty service is provided and administered by Cue & Case Sales, Inc., the manufacturer/distributor. Budget Billiards is the retailer and does not administer manufacturer warranty claims.
