Go for Aramith quality when it's time to replace the cue ball on an older bar table. Don't forget to aim lower while playing to get the result you'd expect from a regular-sized cue ball, especially to avoid following the object ball into the pocket! This oversized cast phenolic cue ball is approximately 2-3/8" (6 cm) in diameter, which is about 1/8" (2 mm) larger than a normal ball. This slight difference in size allows the cue ball to be separated before it gets to the storage compartment.
