This form is only for eligible EU statutory withdrawal requests. It is not a general order cancellation form.

  • For goods, the request must be sent within 14 days after you or your designated recipient receive the order. For split shipments, the period starts when the last item, lot, or piece is received.
  • You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
  • Goods must be sent back within 14 days after you submit this request. Unless applicable EU law requires earlier reimbursement based on valid evidence that you sent the goods back, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back.
  • Please pack returned goods carefully and use a trackable, insured shipping service.
  • Returned goods must be in new, unused, resalable condition for a full refund, with all original packaging, parts, and accessories included.
  • Refunds may be reduced, or a return may be refused where allowed by law, for used, chalked, altered, damaged, incomplete, or otherwise diminished goods, including handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods.
  • Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized, including custom cue work, engraving, shaft alterations, or other custom options, may not be eligible for withdrawal.
