Performance and Playability
The A-grade maple shaft uses Universal's low-deflection construction with XTC PU foam inside the ferrule area for steadier cue-ball control. A Uni-Loc Quick Release joint keeps assembly fast, and the weight-adjustable butt makes the cue easy to tune within a common playing range.
Universal Limited Warranty
Effective September 8, 2026, eligible genuine Universal cues, shafts, and related cue components are covered by a one-year limited manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal and intended use. Coverage begins on the original retail purchase date, applies only to the original retail purchaser, and is non-transferable. Keep the original receipt or invoice from an authorized seller; online registration is not currently required.
Universal reviews covered claims and may repair, refurbish, replace, issue credit, or provide a comparable remedy at its discretion. Carbon-fiber shafts are covered for manufacturing defects, including review of abnormal structural, bonding, joint, or straightness/warpage issues under normal use. Wood shafts are covered for manufacturing defects, but movement or warpage caused by temperature, humidity, water exposure, heat, improper storage, or improper maintenance is excluded.
Inspect the product promptly after delivery and report any obvious manufacturing defect within 30 days. Normal wear and tear to linen wraps and tips is excluded, as are cosmetic aging, accident, abuse, impact, misuse, unauthorized repair or modification, and adverse environmental conditions.
