- Craftsmanship Notes: While Meucci cues like the FR-3 are crafted with high-quality materials, there have been reports of inconsistencies in craftsmanship. Recent cues may sometimes exhibit cosmetic inconsistencies, such as variations in color saturation, minor inlay misalignments, or changes in finishing. Additionally, some cues have butt ends that are thicker than standard, making them incompatible with many cue cases. Variations in joint size have also been noted, which could affect the fit of future shaft replacements and potentially create points of weakness that may be more prone to breakage under stress.
