Lucasi Manufacturer Lifetime Warranty

Lucasi cues are warranted against defects in materials and manufacturing, including warpage, for the lifetime of the cue. Normal wear to replaceable components such as the tip, finish and wrap is not covered. Damage caused by third parties, abuse or mishandling may void the warranty.

Covered cues may be repaired or replaced by the manufacturer with the same model or one of equal value. The warranty is non-transferable and requires proof of the original purchase from an authorized Lucasi dealer. The Lucasi Lifetime Guarantee applies to cues manufactured or purchased beginning July 2007; earlier cues may be subject to repair or replacement charges.

Warranty service is provided and administered by Cue & Case Sales, Inc., the manufacturer/distributor. Budget Billiards is the retailer and does not administer manufacturer warranty claims.
