- Warranty Coverage: Balabushka cues come with a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, valid for the original purchaser.
- What’s Not Covered: Normal wear and tear (e.g., tips, wraps, finish), misuse, modifications, or exposure to extreme temperatures or humidity are not covered.
- Claim Process: To make a warranty claim, return the cue directly to the Balabushka Cue Company along with the original sales receipt for evaluation. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, they will repair or replace the cue.
